You have a fixed contact person who deals with your issues in a timely manner.
We take on numerous tasks for you, both during and after the manufacture of your products, and assist you in the implementation of your desired changes and providing product support.

Coordination of queries and orders takes place in close consultation with you. From the moment of receipt to the time of delivery, your orders are processed centrally in Customer Service. This enables us to ensure that your processing status is up-to-date at all times and to keep you informed of all the details.

We base our production planning on your market requirements

By planning the forecast together with you, we can ensure on-schedule delivery to the market at all times.

In addition, we also allow you, through even closer cooperation, to reduce your time to market and your warehouse stock by means of planning, inventory inspection and warehouse optimisation.

Purchase your active substances and excipients

More than 5000 pharmaceutical raw materials and more than 2000 supply sources in Germany, Europe and abroad providing an extensive selection of primary and alternative suppliers. Production-synchronised scheduling, incoming goods inspection and temperature-controlled storage including product release are included in our range of services.

Purchase of primary and secondary packaging materials. We take on numerous tasks for you - from the selection of materials and their shape and international procurement to decisions regarding economic viability and change control as well as approval and final processing.

Purchase of printed matter / DTP (digital pre-press)
Starting with the graphic layout design, professional testing and ready-for-press preparation of "Certified PDF" files and printed data right up to purchasing material from audited suppliers, experienced professionals perform all tasks in accordance with your needs.

We actively suggest less expensive supply sources to you. 

Storage in high rack warehouse

Our high rack warehouse offers space for 4,500 pallets in temperatures ranging from +15° und +25°C. We can store temperature-sensitive goods at -70ºC or cooled at + 2°C - + 8°C.

We can also offer you secure, specially designed storage of your narcotic products.

Our ERP-supported warehousing monitoring system ensures that storage period, temperature, batch (incl. status) and shelf life are always taken into account.

• in containers or on pallets
• in accordance with the air conditioning requirements
• in partial deliveries or combined shipments
• to a central warehouse or divided up into distribution centres in Germany,   Europe and abroad
• by land, air or sea
• with our support during customs clearance
